The Lego Approach
​Background: The company was trying to resolve a bumpy onboarding experience with a high rate of dropoffs. The project team was also tasked with creating something that could be utilized across the organization for a wide variety of use cases. The team, made of cross-functional members, needed to rally around the design concept and form a shared understanding of how building it for reuse could revolutionize the creation of other onboarding flows.
